Xiaomi last week launched the brand new Redmi Note 3 and Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, both devices with surprisingly low prices and future-proof specs. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 constitutes the company’s efforts of creating a smartphone that manages to keep up with daily requirements even from power users, all the while providing interesting and useful features in an affordable package.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has a lot to offer. It is a 5.5-inch display screen capable of displaying 1080p or Full HD quality that supports reading mode. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 flagship processor. It contains a 4,000 mAh battery so user will have more time to use the phone in-between charging and a fingerprint sensor that can unlock the phone in 0.3 seconds, as stated in the official announcement.
The Note 3 also comes equipped with a 13-MP PDAF Autofocus with a two-tone flash on the rear and a 5-MP front-facing one with 36 Smart Beauty profiles. It has a full aluminium metal body with a 8.65mm thickness, weighs 164 grams, and the curved edges make it perfect for the grip.
The latest creation of the Chinese-based phone company contains two SIM slots that both support 4G network and an 802. 11 a/c Wi-Fi connectivity. It is offered in two variants, a 2GB RAM with 16 GB internal storage and a 3 GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage.
The Redmi Note 3 is actually a third generation of the series and boast about the new features and designs. It is also the first Mi phone to have a full metal body and a fingerprint security sensor. We are looking forward to Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 release, and there are news reports: Xiaomi mi5 will be released in January 2016.
