The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is expected to launch later this month, at least according to the latest report. In any case, the Mi Note 2 is Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship phablet, and this device has been leaking like crazy over the last couple of months. Some alleged images of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 leaked yesterday, showing off the phone’s curved display.
If you take a look at the provided image, you’ll not only get to see the alleged Xiaomi Mi Note 2 from the front and its flat display, but also the back side of this smartphone and a number of different color variants it will allegedly going to be available in, though do keep in mind that these color variants seem to be heavily photoshopped. These are some interesting color choices for Xiaomi, as we don’t see such color options that often on smartphones, this is something we really did not expect. Looking at the back of this device, you’ll notice that it sports two camera sensors, but not the camera sensors yesterday’s leaked teaser suggested, as the cameras were placed one next to the other in that teaser, while they are in vertical formation here, as you can see. The company’s branding seems to be present in the lower portion of the phone’s back side, and also below its display. Is this leak suggesting that we might see both the flat and curved variants of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro?
That being said, the source has also shared some additional info about the Mi Note 2 in addition to the aforementioned image. If the source is to be believed, the Mi Note 2 will sport an AMOLED display, NFC, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, Hi-Fi sound, an infrared sensor, Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 or 5, and will cost 3,999 Yuan ($599) in China.
