Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi recently unveiled the next generation of its flagship at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona. The new Xiaomi Mi5 flagship, which has impressed most critics, has not officially launched in the West yet. However, Hugo Barra revealed the price range of the new device for launch in India.
As mentioned before, there will not be much longer until the Xiaomi Mi 5 will be available in India and Hugo Barra, who is the company's CEO, announced how much it will cost in the said country. According to him, the smartphone will have a price ranging between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 27,000. Xiaomi's president din not give any details about what version of the phone he was referring to, another good news, Hugo Barra revealed the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 third flash sale on March 23.
Mi5, Xiaomi's new flagship, packs a punch at nearly half the rate of other premium devices like iPhone 6s and Samsung S7. The company offers two different makes: Ceramic and Metal body.
Xiaomi Mi5 Pro is the most capable being equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. We assume that the phone maker's CEO was talking about the 32 GB and 64 GB versions of the handset, and if we are right about this, the Mi 5 will be a serious competitor on the Indian market.
